II. Scope of services The services tendered here include the following planning services: 1. Core service The core services include land-use planning for the land use plan in performance phases 1 to 3 according to § 18 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 2 to § 18 paragraph 2 HOAI. The scope includes fully all core services of the individual performance phases. The commissioning takes place in stages: Stage 1 - Performance phase 1: preliminary draft for early participation Stage 2 - Performance phase 2: draft for public display Stage 3 - Performance phase 3: plan for resolution The plan scale, level of detail and legend are to be coordinated with the contracting authority before the start of service provision. The contractor shall deliver 7 copies of the plan in printed form as well as complete digital data according to section 3. 2. Special services In addition to the core services, the following special services according to Annex 9 HOAI are to be provided. These must be shown separately in the offer.
