TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present planning project comprises the complete planning services in accordance with HOAI performance phases 1 to 8, with stepwise awarding. The tendered services include all planning required for this purpose (including temporary construction-time provisions) from the fields of civil engineering including design of traffic facilities (the external works planning is carried out by the AG’s external landscape planner), structural engineering, planning of the technical equipment (process engineering/system construction/HVAC; electrical engineering as well as process control engineering) and coordination of these planning tasks with each other. In addition, the client’s project planner is responsible for coordinating the overall project. Reference is made to the detailed scope of services in the tender documents.
