The present planning project includes the complete planning services under HOAI service phases 1 to 8, with staged commissioning. The tendered services include all planning required for this purpose (including construction-time provisional works) from the engineering fields, including planning of traffic facilities (the landscape facilities planning is carried out by the AG’s external landscape planner), structural engineering planning, planning of the technical equipment (process engineering/system construction/HVAC; electrical engineering and process control engineering) and coordination of these planning activities with one another. In addition, the project planner is responsible for coordinating the overall project. Reference is made to the detailed description of services in the tender documents.
