TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the competition is the new construction of a day-care center. The competition is conducted as a non-open, one-phase above-ground realization competition in accordance with RPW 2013, followed by a negotiated procedure pursuant to § 14(4) No. 8 VgV. All documents, information, and details made available or published within the participation competition, the planning competition, and the subsequent negotiated procedure are to be regarded, in their entirety, as binding components of the tender documents. They form part of the procurement procedure and must be taken into account accordingly during the conduct of the procurement procedure as well as when preparing and evaluating the bids. The overall set of these documents, statements, and information constitutes the binding basis for the procurement procedure.
