TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the competition is the new construction of a day-care centre. The competition is conducted as a non-open, one-phase above-ground implementation competition in accordance with RPW 2013, followed by a negotiated procedure pursuant to Section 14(4) No. 8 VgV. All documents, statements, and information provided or announced as part of the participation competition, the design competition, and the subsequent negotiated procedure are to be regarded in their entirety as binding components of the tender documents. They are part of the award procedure and must be taken into account accordingly in carrying out the award procedure, as well as when preparing and evaluating tenders.
