The contract has a total duration of 4 years, consisting of an initial period of 3 years and a tacit renewal of 1 year.
The project is structured around three phases:
- Phase 1: Development of the new platform. It is expected that the new platform will be put into production no later than one year after the start of the development project. For instance, if the contract is notified on January 1, 2027, the platform's go-live should be by December 31, 2027.
- Phase 2: Accompaniment, monitoring, and support in production, as well as maintenance.
- Phase 3: Reversibility, which marks the closure of the contract.
Key dates and milestones include:
- The deadline for submitting applications is September 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
- Offers remain valid for 4 months from the deadline for their receipt.
- The guarantee period commences upon acceptance (VSR) and extends throughout the entire duration of the contract.
- The knowledge transfer in Phase 3 is initiated by a purchase order with a one-month notice and has a maximum duration of 3 months.
