TENDER DESCRIPTION

In short, this contract includes the design, development, implementation and support of a single publication platform for all local public broadcasters, with a player and the associated CDN. This platform includes a web and app environment and, in addition, the design and realisation of the user interface and including frontend of the website and mobile application and a CMS interface for editorial staff, which is controlled from a single central CMS with which editorial teams can manage and publish their content. The platform must be scalable, secure and future-proof, and must offer scope for local editorial autonomy and own styling. In addition, the platform must provide facilities for uniform and reliable reach measurement with the already existing NLPO Reach Dashboard1 and the future editorial system.
