TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract includes – in short – the design, development, implementation and support of one publication platform for all local public broadcasters with a player and associated CDN. This platform includes a web and app environment and, in addition, the design and realisation of the user interface, including the frontend of the website and mobile application, and a CMS interface for editorial staff, which is managed from one central CMS with which editorial teams can manage and publish their content. The platform must be scalable, secure and future-proof and provide scope for local editorial autonomy and its own design. In addition, the platform must provide facilities for uniform and reliable audience measurement with the already existing NLPO Bereiksdashboard1 and a future editorial system.
