TENDER DESCRIPTION

All requirements associated with the activities of the construction manager in checking the implementation of the Project – Bělov Navigation Lock (hereinafter also referred to only as the “Project”) and in other supervision over the proper execution of the Project, including ensuring that the Project implementation complies with legal regulations, and this within the agreed performance phases of the Project. The construction manager shall perform the following functions: • Perform a comprehensive review of the completeness of the Documentation for the approval of the intended project – Part A. Perform a comprehensive review of the completeness of the Tender documentation – Part B. • Review of complete documentation and documents for construction implementation, including preparation of a report on the performed review prior to commencement of implementation regarding the project’s comprehensive readiness for commencement of implementation according to TKP ŘVCČR for commencement of implementation.
