Purchase framework agreement for Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt. for the procurement of parts for the Plug Power 1MW EX425D - PEM electrolyzer over a 3-year period from the contract signing in 2026 Electrolyzer type: Plug Power 1MW EX425D - PEM electrolyzer Products to be delivered: parts for the Plug Power 1MW EX425D - PEM electrolyzer (Plug Power or equivalent electrolyzer parts). The clear and understandable definition of the subject of public procurement necessitates reference to a specified brand, origin, type of item; the designation was made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject. The contracting authority accepts as equivalent any brand of electrolyzer parts that comply with the technical description of the given product and are accepted by the manufacturer of the existing electrolyzer in a statement for installation into the electrolyzer.
