TENDER DESCRIPTION
The objective of this competition is to invite proposals from suitably qualified organisations for the provision, supply, support and delivery of a maintenance / plumbing / minor plumbing works service to CHI sites, including CHI at Crumlin and CHI at Temple Street. CHI does not anticipate that this contract will be utilised for the National Children’s Hospital Ireland (NCHI), CHI at Connolly and CHI at Tallaght, but has the right to extend it to these sites if required. This competition is intended to result in a multi-supplier framework agreement. It is expected the framework will consist of up to three framework members. All works valued at €5,000 ex VAT or less will be awarded to the first ranked company. Work exceeding €5,000 ex VAT will be subject to competitive pricing within the panel. Pricing will be consistently verified by CHI to ensure value for money compared to open market rates. CHI does not envisage a requirement for a static plumber or apprentice deployed on a full or part-time basis as part of this contract. The tenderer ranked number one will get first preference to provide this service should the need arise. Successful bidders will sign a Services Contract…
