TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of MEDICINES USED IN DRUG PROGRAMS. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: product description, required form, dosage, capacity/volume, quantity per package, unit of measure, quantity of packages specified by the ASSORTMENT-PRICE FORM, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the ToR. Detailed conditions and rules regarding the execution of the subject of the contract are regulated in the Contract Template, Annex No. 4 to the ToR "Contractual Conditions".
