TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the Delivery of vaccines for the Tropical Diseases Outpatient Clinic A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes: product description, required form, dosage, capacity/volume, quantity per package, unit of measure, the quantity per package is specified in the ASSORTMENT-AND-PRICE FORM, which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. Detailed terms and conditions regarding the performance of the subject matter of the contract are governed by the Contract Template, Appendix No 4 to the SWZ, “Contractual Terms”.
