TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s purpose is the supply, transport and installation on site of innovative educational furnishings intended for the new premises of the municipal nursery school and early childhood school located in the Municipality of Leverano, which participated in the MIM public notice of 3 February of this year, and which are located at the places of execution listed in the previous paragraph. As the supply is structured across 2 different layouts, the supply constitutes, in all respects of law, a single lot, the elements of which are specified in the project documents. The furnishings offered must be made in such a way as not to pose a danger to the safety and health of the users of the facility for which they are intended. They must therefore be manufactured using top-quality materials and in strict accordance with the rules of good workmanship, in compliance with Italian laws and the applicable regulations in the European Community.
