Raising the standard of three sports fields at the Venue Hall-Sport Facility at ul. Hoża in Mieroszów” 1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive modernization and outfitting of sports infrastructure comprising three sports fields together with accompanying elements located at ul. Hoża in Mieroszów.2. The scope of the task includes construction works and all actions and activities necessary to carry out the investment in question, including, among other things, preparation and delivery of as-built documentation.3. The detailed substantive scope of the contract is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex No 11 to the SWZ;4. Construction works must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and technical conditions, in a manner that does not infringe the interests of third parties. 5.
