TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is to provide support for the operation and development of application software for insurance benefits (hereinafter referred to as the “System”). The scope of performance of the public contract includes, in particular, the following services: - services for the handover of the System – including, among other things, preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and implementation of monitoring based on the handover plan prepared by the contractor (hereinafter referred to as the “Handover Services”); - services for operational support of the System – including monitoring of the System, providing management and maintenance of the System, support for its users, and ensuring support for the operation of the System (hereinafter referred to as the “Operational Support Services”); - services for the development of the System according to the contracting authority’s requirements and conducting training for key users, methodologies, administrators and end users of the System (hereinafter referred to as the “Development”); - services for expert operational support for the System – in particular ensuring reconfiguration and parameterisation of the System, carrying…
