The subject of this procurement procedure is funeral supplies according to the bill of quantities from this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement must be offered in accordance with the technical specification from the Bill of Quantities attached to this procurement documentation. If the tenderer fails to offer any item in the Bill of Quantities, its tender shall be rejected. If the tenderer submits a tender that does not entirely meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in this procurement documentation and the technical specifications, or if it submits a tender offering goods that clearly do not satisfy the Contracting Authority’s needs in relation to the requested subject of procurement, the tender shall be assessed as inappropriate.
