TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is post-warranty service support for radiotherapy management equipment Aria, the Eclipse planning system workstation, FAS computing servers, and the remote access environment of Varian Medical Systems. In particular, it includes: repairs, service labour costs, and inspection materials for the Aria/Eclipse HIT 5232 System. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e.: the scope of services and the manner in which they are performed, is provided in Annex No. 8. - “Contract template” to this Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract together with its annexes (Annex 8A - to the Contract Template).
