TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the real estate valuation services for real estate and shareholder apartments owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or through its funds, as well as related consulting services for assignments in the Northern evaluation area. The objects of real estate valuation may include shareholder apartments, buildings, real estate, plots, and building rights. In principle, the task of real estate valuation is to determine the market value or market rent based on realized transaction prices (market approach) or income (income approach). In some cases, it may also be appropriate to determine the technical current value (cost approach).
