TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is real estate valuation services and related consulting services for properties and apartment shares owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or through its funds in the Northern evaluation area. The objects of the real estate valuation may include apartment shares, buildings, properties and plots, as well as building rights. Primarily, the task of the real estate valuation is to determine the market value or market rent based on actual transaction prices (market approach) or income (income approach). In some cases, it may also involve determining the technical current value (cost approach).
