The contracting authority commissions, based on this framework agreement, the following tasks: - A. Tasks related to the traffic safety operator work - B. Promoting guidance for travel and accessibility - C. Other unspecified expert tasks related to traffic safety matters, such as preparation of decisions on traffic signs, various studies and plans The traffic safety operator work comprises the following sub-tasks: - Preparing the annual regional action plan and activity report - Budgeting for the operating year and monitoring costs - Scheduling and coordinating activities and events in accordance with the action plan, including organizing and monitoring them - Supporting and developing the region’s traffic safety work in order to increase voluntary collaboration by local stakeholders - Increasing collaboration between traffic safety operator areas and traffic safety operators, and developing operating models and events - Planning and developing existing and new products, events, and operating models in cooperation with all parties - Keeping the joint interaction portal up to date - Monitoring measures in traffic safety plans and updating measure lists (including new needs) -…
