TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the work required for carrying out the construction of the basic refurbishment project of the North Harbour marina jetty pontoons to the extent specified in the contract documents, in accordance with the tender request documents, including all related work and procurements, completed fully and ready for use. The contracting authority is the General Areas service of the Urban Environment Division of the City of Helsinki, which also acts as the contracting authority in accordance with YSE 98. The works in accordance with the contract documents must be completed and received, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspecting bodies must have been carried out successfully, as approved, by 1.5.2027. The form of contract is a lump-sum contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor as the principal contractor in accordance with YSE and the legislation.
