The subject of this public contract is the insurance of the property and liability for harm of the town of Vimperk for the period from 1.3.2027 for an indefinite period. The subject of this public contract is the insurance of the property and liability for harm of the town of Vimperk. The insurance will include property insurance, glass insurance, electronic equipment insurance, and liability for harm insurance for the period from 1.3.2027. Details are set out in the Technical Specification for the public contract, which is an annex no. 1 to the Tender documentation. Tenderers are required to offer the insurance as a single whole, not only partial performance. The insurance will be arranged and administered through an authorized broker, i.e. the company RESPECT, a.s., with its registered office at: Pod Krčským lesem 2016/22, 142 000 Praha 4 Krč, ID No.: 25146351. All acts related to the insurance contract that is the subject of this public contract will be carried out exclusively through the broker.
