TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this part of the public contract is, in particular, the insurance of immovable and movable property and the insurance of liability for damage or other harm arising from operating activities and the insurance of damage or other harm caused by a product defect. The insurance subject matter shall be ensured by concluding an insurance contract for a fixed term, i.e. for the period from 1. 1. 2027 to 31. 12. 2028. During the performance of the contract for this part of the public contract, the contracting authority shall act in the capacity of the policyholder. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected supplier shall provide the contracting authority with performance relating to the subject matter of this part of the public contract. An insurance contract shall be concluded for each part of the public contract with one selected supplier.
