TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this part of the public contract is in particular insurance of immovable and movable property and liability insurance for damage or other harm arising from operating activities and insurance for damage or other harm caused by a product defect. The scope of insurance will be provided by concluding an insurance contract for a fixed period, i.e. for the period 1. 1. 2027 – 31. 12. 2028. When performing the contract for this part of the public contract, the contracting authority will act in the capacity of the policyholder. On the basis of the insurance contract, the selected supplier will provide the contracting authority with performance of the subject matter of this part of the public contract. For each part of the public contract, an insurance contract will be concluded with one selected supplier. The contracting authority has commissioned the insurance broker RENOMIA, a. s., with its registered office at Holandská 8, 639 00 Brno, Company Identification Number (IČO): 48391301, to manage (direct) and process its insurable interest (hereinafter referred to as the “broker”).
