The subject of the public contract is the provision of services consisting in the insurance of property and liability for loss or damage of the City of Vsetín. Insurance of the property and liability for loss or damage of the City of Vsetín includes: a) property insurance i. insurance against natural forces (force majeure) ii. insurance for theft iii. insurance for vandalism iv. glass insurance v. electronics insurance b) insurance of liability for loss or damage The conditions and the scope of insurance required by the contracting authority, including the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure, are set out in the tender documentation. These are the minimum requirements of the contracting authority. Suppliers may offer conditions for the contracting authority that are more advantageous (higher than the required limits and sublimits of the insurance benefit, lower deductibles, etc.). However, this fact will not be taken into account when evaluating tenders.
