TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude an insurance contract (hereinafter “the contract”) with one participant in order to provide cargo insurance for the transport of military equipment within the CV90 project, carried out between the contracting authority and external suppliers. The subject of this procurement (VZ) is insurance relating in particular to the transport of: – separate turrets, – complete military vehicles, – if applicable, other related components of military equipment. The transport will be carried out as the contracting authority’s own transport or through contractual carriers. The insurance must apply to transports carried out, as a rule, under the FCA mode, and must also include damage arising during loading and unloading of the transported property, including the use of specialized equipment. The start of the insurance shall occur at the moment the shipment is taken over for transport. Repeated transports are expected to be carried out in various logistics scenarios, in particular: – transports between suppliers and the contracting authority, – transports for testing (e.g. Bzenec), – transports for handover to the AČR.
