TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as "PC") is the provision of a service to ensure the full functionality, safety, operability, and operational reliability of T-815 PDZ-2A/2AM vehicles, including their groups, subgroups, and component assemblies, and to minimize the downtime for putting the said equipment and material located in the territory of the Czech Republic into operation. Based on the procurement procedure, in accordance with the tender conditions and the offer of the selected supplier, a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 of the Public Procurement Act will be concluded with one participant in the procurement procedure, which will define the conditions under which subsequent individual partial public contracts for the provision of the service will be awarded according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
