TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this tender part, a total of 49,625 kg of powdered poly-electrolyte will be procured (base quantity), for the purchase of which the contracting authority undertakes an obligation. Beyond the base quantity, the contracting authority wishes to reserve an option right for an additional quantity of poly-electrolyte, as detailed in field BT-54. As a result of this procedure, a framework contract for purchase and sale will be concluded, whose period of validity lasts until the last working day of the 12th month from the date of signature. The successful tenderer’s task is to deliver (purchase and sale) poly-electrolyte of a quality that meets the technical requirements specified in the technical description to the delivery addresses stated in the individual order, in the specified quantities and according to the schedule. Additional tasks of the successful tenderer: 1.) Selection, testing: For each site covered by the technical description, the successful tenderer must, based on laboratory and on-site testing, select the type of poly-electrolyte for that site in terms of optimal specific consumption, the expected dry matter content, and the expected filtrate water quality.
