TENDER DESCRIPTION
The policy aims to protect, under the terms and scope established in the Technical Specifications Document, the directors, executives and other insured persons against liabilities that may arise from claims made against them for acts, errors or omissions committed in the performance of their duties or functions. Likewise, the policy may provide coverage to the Company itself in those cases and within the limits established in the Technical Specifications Document and the policy conditions.
