TENDER DESCRIPTION

A new and unused agricultural/municipal tractor is procured, with a front loader factory-fitted and with a pallet handling attachment. Delivery includes a complete machine assembly ready for use, i.e. a tractor intended for agricultural and municipal work, with a front loader installed or compatible with the manufacturer’s specifications, and with pallet forks for loading, unloading and handling loads. A new tractor is understood to mean a tractor whose first registration is not more than 6 months ago, or if the tractor is imported from the EU, it has up to 50 operating hours (including 50). For the requirement relating to first registration, the relevant moment is the time of submission of the tender offer, and for the requirement relating to up to 50 operating hours, the relevant moment is the time of delivery. A new loader is understood to mean a machine that has never been in regular use, nor has it performed work operations (loading, carrying, lifting) on an agricultural holding or a construction site, and it must have been manufactured in 2026 or later. The word “factory-fitted” in the title of the procurement subject does not mean that the loader must be from the tractor…
