TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this above-threshold public supply contract awarded in a negotiated procedure with publication pursuant to Section 60 et seq. of the ZZVZ is to enter into a contract for the supply and to ensure the operation, maintenance and development of a comprehensive information system of the item bank of test tasks (hereinafter referred to as “Item Bank”). The aim of the solution is to replace the existing fragmented records with a modern, secure and centralized digital platform, which will ensure a high quality and transparency of the testing processes. Main functional units and modules: The delivered software must cover the complete testing life cycle through the following modules: 1. Test task preparation and review module – the life cycle begins with the creation of test tasks, which authors create and submit for verification among reviewers and, as applicable, for review by a guarantor in the given field. When preparing the test tasks, authors will be able to use artificial intelligence. 2.
