TENDER DESCRIPTION

To professionally and efficiently implement the next POLYTON event in April 2027, a comprehensive contract for organization and execution is being tendered. The award is made within the framework of an EU-wide tender to ensure the highest transparency, competitiveness, and quality. The contract includes the complete planning, coordination, and implementation of the event as well as the associated intra-year academy events and supporting services from award until May 2027, including technical, organizational, and artistic services. The goal is to ensure a high-quality and smooth execution that meets the demanding concept and societal relevance of POLYTON. Furthermore, the contracting authority aims with POLYTON for the long-term development into a music policy powerhouse and an open forum for pop and socially relevant topics. A basis for this has been created in the form of cooperation projects with think tanks focusing on topics such as mental health, anti-discrimination, decarbonization of the music industry, and access to tech professions in pop.
