TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is an investment project under the “design and build” formula entitled “Improving access to psychiatric care services through the expansion and adaptation of building and technical infrastructure, together with equipment, for the Mental Health Centre at SPS ZOZ in Lębork”. The investment has been divided into 3 tasks:  TASK 1: Attic extension and redevelopment of the Psychiatric Ward (location – Lębork, ul. J. Węgrzynowicza 13, obr. 7, plot no. 243, the Hospital’s main building, geodetic survey registry numbers 1483, 1486, 1660);  TASK 2: Expansion, attic extension and redevelopment of the Psychiatric Day Ward (location – Lębork, ul. J. Węgrzynowicza 13, obr. 7, plot no. 243, the Building of the Physiotherapy Department, geodetic survey registry number 1663);  TASK 3: Expansion, attic extension and redevelopment of the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic with the Registration-and-Coordinating Point and the Community Treatment Teams of the Mental Health Centre (location – Lębork, ul.
