TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1. Thermal modernization of the Primary School building in Słupcza. The subject of the investment is a design for the thermal modernization of the existing Primary School building in Słupcza together with accompanying works. The facility is located within plot no. 692/1, cadastral unit 0019, in the locality of Słupcza 76, in the Dwikozy commune. The scope includes, among other things: - replacement and installation of window and door joinery - insulating the basement walls with polystyrene - constructing an apron/edge around the building - insulating the attic space with mineral wool - insulating the walls of above-ground storeys with polystyrene - making external plaster - installation of new external and internal window sills - installation of gutters and downspouts - installation of a lightning protection system - reconstruction and finishing works for external staircases, including restoring handrails/railings, hand grips, installation of external elements, and canopies/awnings - electrical works, including, among other things, dismantling lighting fittings and installing new energy-efficient lamps, carrying out PV installation with an energy storage system, -…
