TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Primary School named after John Paul II in Wilczyn” - in the design-and-build formula (procedure no 3) 1. The subject matter of this contract is the preparation of design documentation together with the execution of construction works on the basis of the Functional-Utility Programme as part of the Project entitled: “Improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Primary School named after John Paul II in Wilczyn”, based on the functional-utility programme. 2. The scope of the contract will cover the following buildings: a. For building A of the School, the minimum scope of the project is: i. Modernisation of the central heating installation, ii. Modernisation of the domestic hot water (DHW) installation, iii. Modernisation of the heat source, iv. Replacement of lighting together with the electrical installation, v. Installation of a photovoltaic system, vi. Installation of a vertical garden. b. For building B of the School, the minimum scope of the project is: i.
