Improving the energy efficiency of the Primary School building in Kąty The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and then the performance of works under the “design and build” system for the investment task entitled: “Improving the energy efficiency of the Primary School building in Kąty”. The functional and utility program was developed based on: 1. the site layout plan, 2. the prepared photographic documentation, 3. information provided by the user, 4. the local site inspection (site vision), 5. the requirements included in the energy audit, 6. the requirements included in the ornithological expert report. 1. The conducted energy audit shows that the scope of thermomodernisation works must include: — thermal insulation of external walls, — insulation of the roof, — insulation of the ceiling above the entrance, — replacement of the existing door joinery, — replacement of the existing window joinery, — modernisation of the central heating (c.o.) installation — modernisation of the domestic hot water (c.w.u.) installation — replacement of the heat source with a ground-source heat pump (brine-water) together with controls/automation, — purchase and…
