TENDER DESCRIPTION

Improving the energy efficiency of residential premises owned by the Municipality of Gzy 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of the required design documentation, and then the execution—based on the developed design—of an undertaking involving the modernization of a residential building located in the locality of Szyszki Włościańskie. The undertaking will include the following works:— Thermal insulation of the building’s external walls,— Thermal insulation of the building’s flat roof/ceiling over unheated space,— Replacement of external doors and windows,— Dismantling of existing heat sources and installation of a heat pump,— Modernization of the central heating and domestic hot water installation, including, among other things, installation of radiators with thermostatic heads. In its intended scope, the investment will primarily involve improving the building’s energy efficiency by improving the insulating properties of its building envelope elements and by increasing the efficiency of the heating installation and domestic hot water system, which will affect the comfort of use of the facility by residents. 2.
