Partial task No 1: Improving energy efficiency in the community centre building in Klęcino The subject of the investment is improving the energy efficiency of the community centre building located in the town of Klęcino, on cadastral plots No 256 and No 257 in the town of Klęcino 22, Główczyce municipality. The purpose of the planned investment is to improve the energy efficiency of the facility, limit operating costs and reduce emissions of pollutants. Improving energy efficiency is intended to ensure full accessibility and functionality of the facility for all users. In addition, the scope of the project includes raising and improving the technical condition and adapting the building for use by persons with disabilities, in particular persons with disabilities who move using wheelchairs. The following construction works are planned as part of the investment: • Thermal insulation of the building façade with mineral façade wool, thickness 20 cm, together with plastering finish with mineral plaster, thickness 1.5 mm, • Preparation and cleaning of the foundation wall substrate; removal of defects.
