Requirements for Part 1 The scope of Part 1 in particular includes: 1) supply of complete devices and materials; 2) dismantling of existing elements; 3) execution of earthworks and installation works; 4) carrying out the required tests; 5) flushing and disinfection; 6) restoration of the pavement/surface; 7) execution of the required marking; 8) preparation and handover of as-built documentation; 9) commissioning of the water distributor; 10) execution of planting together with their maintenance during the warranty period – in accordance with the OPZ, design documentation and technical projects. Within the scope of Part 1, the Contractor shall obtain the required approvals, arrangements and permits related to occupying the public road right-of-way or introducing traffic organisation, ensure the required marking and securing of the area, and bear the related costs. Warranty – at least 24 months for the supplied equipment. The warranty period for gate valves and hydrants is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders.
