TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the infrastructure of I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Suwałki, within the scope described in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” – Appendix No 10 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of the works is specified in the “description of the subject matter of the contract”, the attached technical documentation, the bills of quantities, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. 3. All works must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act, where the subject matter of the contract is described by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. In addition, it must be assumed that all such references are accompanied by the words “or equivalent”.
