TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the improvement of the quality of vocational education in the City of Suwałki through the reconstruction, expansion, and change of use of the educational building with 2 residential units into an educational building at School Complex No. 4 at Sejneńska Street 14 in Suwałki (due to limitations of the contract notice, the full text is in the Terms of Reference - ToR). 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in: technical documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, bills of quantities which are annexes to the ToR. 3. All works must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 para. 4 of the Act, where the subject of the contract is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described.
