Improvement of premises conditions for KCEiWG – redevelopment and outfitting of the building at ul. Pl. Wolności 8 4.2. The scope of the contract includes in particular the redevelopment of a tenement house, renovation of the façade and change of the use of premises into the Creative Centre of Education and Economic Cooperation, together with the construction of technical infrastructure at ul. Plac Wolności 8 in Hrubieszów (on plot no. 421/8, 421/7, 421/31, 421/30, 902/4, 1172), carried out on the basis of Decision No. 192/2024 of 12.12.2024 issued by the Starosta of Hrubieszów, as well as the construction of a water supply network, sanitary sewage, storm drainage with connections, carried out on the basis of Decision No. 111/2023 of 04.09.2023 issued by the Starosta of Hrubieszów, and the construction of a storm drainage sewer network on the basis of Decision No. 52/23 of 11.08.2023 issued by the Voivode of Lublin. The subject building of mixed residential and service use was built in the 20th century. The building is located within the conservation protection zone – Śródmieście. The subject building constitutes one part of the interconnected buildings with an identical form.…
