TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pori City Council, in accordance with §104 of 15.6.2026, has decided to initiate an indoor sports and events facility project in which the premises will be implemented as part of the plot entity of the former Pori bus station, including the investigation of parking options and the probable implementation thereof. To advance the preparation of the construction project, the project management of the construction unit of Pori City’s Technical Division will tender, as a public procurement exceeding the national threshold, the procurement of a partner for the needs assessment and project plan stage of the project. The aim of the procurement is to find a consulting partner who, during the needs assessment and project plan stages, acts as the preparer and content producer of documents, as well as the compiler and facilitator for engagement, supporting the personnel and elected representatives of the City of Pori, providing significant added value to advance the project with their expertise and experience.
