TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a comprehensive solution for the digitization and automation of logistics processes, encompassing the supply, implementation, configuration, and support of ERP/WMS systems, a Real-Time Location System (RTLS), an unattended dispatch system, and a digital twin software solution. The scope includes all necessary hardware, software, licenses, terminals, sensors, kiosks, and associated integration services, with a requirement for fully functional solutions, extensive documentation, and user training. TENDER BRIEF
The contract becomes effective on the date it is signed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
The contractor is obliged to commence the implementation of the work, i.e., the delivery of the solution, at the moment the contract becomes effective.
Key milestones for work completion vary by solution:
- For the SW solution, the work must be completed to a fully functional state, ready for unconditional acceptance by the client, no later than 60 calendar days from the start of the work.
- For the Expediční řešení (Expedition solution), the work must be completed to a fully functional state, ready for unconditional acceptance by the client, no later than 90 calendar days from the start of the work.
- For the RTLS solution, the work must be completed to a fully functional state, ready for unconditional acceptance by the client, no later than 120 calendar days from the start of the work.
Following the unconditional acceptance of the work by the client, the contractor is obliged to provide technical support for a period of 36 months.
The total duration of the contract is for a definite period and concludes 36 months from the day following the protocol handover of the work by the client.
