TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority aims to digitally modernize its individual agendas. One of these agendas is the parking policy of the city of Olomouc (hereinafter also "PPMO"). Currently, the territorial scope of the parking policy is valid only for two parking zones (A and B). With the planned expansion to zones C and D (including their sub-areas), it is also necessary to adjust and strengthen the existing part of the PPMO, which manages the registration of parking permits. Therefore, the contracting authority has decided to procure services for a new modern system for managing parking permits, whereby these services will optimize faster service for citizens, ensure connection to state administration registers, connection to other PPMO systems for more efficient processing of transmitted data, and will achieve a modern graphical interface according to current trends. The provision of services of the parking permits management system must also meet all current legislative and security requirements.
