TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is a joint service contract for all types of insurance for all services of the CITY, the CPAS, and the Autonomous Municipal Administration of Hannut (RCA). The contract commences on January 1, 2027, by notification to the contractor of the approval of their offer. The contract duration is one year starting from January 1, 2027, renewable by tacit agreement for three one-year periods unless a three-month notice is given by either party before October 1 of each year, ending at the latest on December 31, 2030. The tenderer also undertakes to apply all the conditions of this special specification to all new services of the CITY or the CPAS or the RCA that may request it.
