TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a sorting return machine, including the equipment, software and maintenance agreement(s), to be delivered to the first floor of the main City Library of Porvoo (Papinkatu 20, 06100 Porvoo). The City purchases the return machine for its own ownership, and in addition, the subject of the procurement includes ongoing services related to the sorting return machine and the machine’s maintenance and upkeep services in accordance with the tender documents. The tender documents present, in the building drawings, the area reserved for the return machine, as well as photographs of the current return machine and its placement. The preliminary schedule for the procurement is as follows: signing of the procurement contract and ordering of the device in week 44, delivery and installation of the device in 2026, and device user training and trial operation in weeks 1–3 in 2027.
