TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a sorting return machine, including the equipment, software and maintenance agreement(s), to be delivered to the first floor of the main library of Porvoo (Papinkatu 20, 06100 Porvoo). The City will purchase the return machine as an item for its own ownership, and in addition, the subject of the procurement includes ongoing services related to the sorting return machine as well as the machine’s maintenance and upkeep services in accordance with the tender documents. The tender request presents the area reserved for the return machine in the building drawings and photos of the current return machine and its placement. The preliminary schedule for the procurement is as follows: signing the procurement contract and ordering the device in week 44, delivery and installation of the device during 2026, and user training and test operation of the device during weeks 1–3 in 2027.
