TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the installation of electronic waste shelter units (3 units) intended for the selective collection of municipal waste in the city of Chełm, equipped with an access control system, a video monitoring system, an IT system for managing the shelter’s operation, and a dedicated room enabling items to be passed on for reuse. 2. The shelters will enable: •collection of at least 12 waste fractions, •collection of problem waste (e.g. textiles, small electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, expired medicines, small plastic items), •temporary transfer of items for reuse (“second life”), •identification of the user and registration of the waste items being transferred, •optimisation of collection logistics through monitoring the filling level. 3. The subject of the contract also includes: •delivery of waste containers, •delivery of access cards, •providing access to the IT system in a remote model (cloud), •transport, installation, and commissioning, •training of the Contracting Authority’s staff, •carrying out a functional test, •preparation and conduct of an information and educational campaign, •granting quality assurance. 4.
